My home made carrot recipe

I start by washing/rinse the carrots then peel and rinse.
Then I cut the carrot in 1-2 inch chunks.
Place carrots in steamer pot once water is boiling for about 10 minutes or so, until carrots are tender for a fork to easily poke in them.
Once cooked rinse with cold water to stop cooking process.
Then put the carrots through a food mill or blender. Puree.
Freeze extra in ice cube tray for easy use last a month in freezer.
