How to care for your teeth during pregnancy

Pregnant women can be prone to bleeding gums and gingivitis so it is important to have proper oral hygiene. It is very important to brush and floss daily and visit your dentist for regular cleanings.

Some women experience morning sickness and dry heaving when brushing their teeth. Try out different types of tooth pastes, even a kid tooth paste and try brushing during the middle of the day. Do not skip brushing because it makes you sick.
