Craving a tuna melt!

I want a tuna melt but I don't know if its okay to eat tuna while prego.

Women of childbearing age, pregnant and nursing women, and children may:

    * Eat up to 12 ounces a week of canned light tuna and other low-mercury fish, such as salmon, shrimp, catfish, pollock, and fish sticks.

    * Eat up to 6 ounces of fresh or canned albacore (white) tuna. They have more mercury than light tuna.

    * Eat up to 6 ounces of locally caught fish.

    * Avoid large fish, such as shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tilefish, which have the most mercury.
YAY!!! I tried finidng info but some said yes and no!

I was too nervous to try it too, but maybe just once, and following the guidelines suggested by Elena Voznyukwouldn't hurt.
I don't eat seafood but i've read that small doses can't hurt.
I had some tuna while I was pregnant, just not more than one can within a week's time frame. That's what my OB told me.
