Baby food: pea recipes
Peas are an inexpensive way to go when starting baby off with solids. They are high in vitamins and rich in fiber and protein, but may be a bit gassier for babies, so be on the lookout for that. If all is a go, a good way to prepare them is to boil them, then puree in a food processor or food mill. If you're using fresh peas, be sure to shuck them first!
