Best relaxation activities?
Us mommas deserve to relax, even if you can only fit in five minutes a day!
My favorite is a dark, quiet room with just me and my bed. Five minute power nap!
I also like to take the kids to the park and sit on a bench soaking up the sun. There's something ridiculously relaxing about doing that.
If I have the time, a bubble bath is so wonderful. I make the water as hot as I can stand it and then let the bubbles and water fill the tub. Lay back, close my eyes and enjoy the silence!
