Pork Loin Roast..ugh

So.. no matter how many times I say STOP BUYING THIS!... he just can't pass up the price per pound. So once a month I get stuck with this huge pork loin in the freezer. I've tried this every way possible. Googling recipes is awful because they all call for things I've never even heard of and would never find in Chinook, Montana. So I need a real recipe from real moms with real stuff we find in our kitchens. Even the crock pot has failed me here.. HELP!

you could always cut it into pork chops. or fill a baking pan halfway with water add salt and pepper to taste and carrots (baby) cook at 350 for around an hour and a half add potatoes (cut up) cook another hour

Do you have a pressure cooker? My husband always uses the pressure cooker for pork loin roast. We have it with potatoes and carrots. I bought some really good sauce packs from Walmart for seasoning roasts, way better than the sauces I make on my own.

Make him cook it, just leave it in the freezer.
