What foods to eat when pregnant to increase my iron

Spinach (though it would have to be a lot), collard greens
Red meat (drinking orange juice afterwards is suppose to help with iron absorption )
Black strap molasses
Egg yolks (fresh if you can find them)
Dried fruit like prunes and raisins
Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels)
Oysters, clams and scallops
Turkey or chicken giblets
Beans like lentils, chick peas, baked beans
Liver
Artichokes

    Spinach is great for iron! ... There are so many ways to eat/ingest spinach that you "could" eat alot! LOL!
