I have something called Anklosing Spondilitis it a cronic bone and joint disease that over time will fuse my back bones. Since Daniel was born (two years ago!) I have kept all the pregnancy weight. After seeing my rheumatologist they told me that my bones can't sustain the extra weight so at this point its a combination of both getting healthier and losing the weight to just feel better and not be in so much pain. The problem is my husband is a fine dining chef and in turn taught me how to cook. I can make things taste amazing but its at a cost of fatty sugars, meat fats and rich dairy products. Its certainly a wake up call though. I started counting calories and realized half of the problem is the types of these we eat.

Walking has helped with the nightly and morning pain for sure, this will definately be a lifestyle change.
