Quick Dinners?

So normally I keep dinners in the freezer to warm up for nights when I'm busy or lazy. But, our house is getting fumigated soon and I have to bag all the food, including fridge and freezer, so I don't want to do a big run of batch cooking.

With all the business lately, that's led to eating a lot of canned soup, hot pockets, microwave burritos, frozen pizza- the stuff that should generally be avoided for a healthy body and mind.

Any of you ladies have go-to recipes that are super quick and easy for busy/lazy nights?

What about the Hamburger Helper meals? They take 10 minutes to prepare & 15-20 minutes to cook! They have more healthy options. One is sweet & sour chicken & rice. Very good! Lot's to choose from now!

You could do sandwiches. Those are quick and easy. I would recommend Veggie Chips instead of potato chips.

OMG I love having breakfast for dinner, though I tend to go all out. Homemade gravy is my favorite. :)
