Pillows in the crib, yes or no?

It is not recommended to put a pillow in the crib with your baby as it increases the risk of SIDS. As they get older and that chance decreases a pillow is still not a good idea as it can be used to help them climb over the railing of the crib if they are trying to get out. That could be very dangerous as a baby would not know how to break their fall. Pillows should be reserved for when they move to a toddler bed.
