Breastfeeding and custody fights

The AAP and WHO recommend breastfeeding until age two or longer as mutually desired by both mother and child. There have been multiple custody cases where a breastfeeding mother has to share custody with the father making it impossible for the infant to exclusively breastfeed. Pumping milk and bottle feeding is not a viable option for all moms or babies.

Do you think breastfeeding should be a legal right when it comes to custody cases? Do you think the law should keep a breastfed baby with their mom until they reach a certain age?

Here is a link to a story of one mom trying to change the law.
