Getting the laundry done little by little

I have supper going and got the laundry started, Emily's helping me though she sorted out the laundry and is helping fold the clothes when they come out of the dryer, she told me she was bored so she started helping me. Plus I have supper going making chicken and rice. I have Nickelodeon on for the kids in the family room. Today was an extremely busy and somewhat unproductive day for how much I had to do today.

Do you ever give your children extra work for saying they are bored? Mine have said this several times this week (unusual) and I have threatened them with more work. lol! Emily was a sweetheart to help you because she didn't have anything else to do.

Oh yeah I think of things they can do and give them options, a lot of times they become unbored pretty quick. Emily always has liked helping me, more so than her sister's and especially her brother's, the boys are no help with laundry.

It always goes over well, :-). She went back home on Monday but is coming back when the baby is born, we're going to call her when I'm in early labor and hope I can hold out long enough for the baby to be born after she gets here.

LOL that is so funny, the wetter I like that one. I remember when I was real little my dad took the car through the car wash and when we came home I told my mom that we took the car through the tooth brushes.
