Treating baby eczema with essential oils

From what I know these essential oils are good for eczema based on the testimonies of others:

Frankincense
Lavender
Melrose
Patchouli

Someone else said this:

"I read in Higley's Reference Guide for Essential Oils that Eczema may indicate a sulfur deficiency. Eggs are a major source of sulfur, and he eats eggs infrequently. So he began to take 2 capsules of Sulfurzyme every morning with breakfast.

It was not an instant cure, but now, after 5-6 months, he is almost free of the eczema. Itching is rare, and we are not dealing with bloody t-shirts and sheets any more. What a blessing!"

So... I need to ask do the essential oils get rid of the eczema or just the itching?
