I love Korean food!

My husband is korean and we cook/eat korean food all the time. My favorite is 뒌장치개 (dwen jang chi gae) soup. It's a soybean paste broth (basically just a little salty) with some spice, tofu, mushrooms, zucchini, and potatoes. Some versions have seafood in them. YUM!

Other good dishes for Korean food beginners is Bul-go-gi (barbeque beef in sweet marinade) Kal-bi (b arbeque pork in sweet marinade) Chicken Bokum (basically stirfry) or Jap chae (vermicelli noodle dish).

Oh man, I'm hungry now.

I don't think I have ever tried it, but it does sound tasty.
