Teething Tablets

They are a last resort as I don't want them to build up a tolerance to any medicine-homeopathic or not. But I do make sure we always have them on hand. They work great for older kids' bumps and bruises, too. I get a different brand that's the same formula but cheaper.

I gave a shot because my little girl cut her forehead and it was all I had.. It worked.
I've never tried teething tablets before. What are the active ingredients?
They are all natural, so there's not really active and inactive. This is from a Hylands' bottle... Formula: Calcarea Phosphorica 6X HPUS, CHamomilla 6X HPUS, coffea cruda 6x HPUS, belladonna 12x HPUS (0.00000000003% Alkaloid, calculated) in a base of Lactose N.F.
I'm not sure what the first one does, chammomile (chamomilla) is a calmer, 6x is the strength of the dried. Not sure about the next ingrediet and belladonna is a pain killer-completely safe is very small amounts, dangerous in large amounts.
The directions say to dissolve 2-3 at a time under their tongue 4 times a day. I can't get the website I get mine from to load, but the directions are different which makes me think the ingredients are different. I always start off with one every few hours.

I'm with Nikki Novatin, teething tablets are new to me too.
