Stay at home mom.
It's not easy! Especially having a c-section just 4 weeks ago.... My husband works nights, 12 hour shifts...which some of you know..It's been rough, we have been butting heads a lot. We are both scorpios which makes it even more difficult at times. We are still learning how to come up with a good routine. I feel like I have mine down when he's not here but we can't seem to keep one when he is here and on nights he has off. Plus Abel has been having trouble pooping and his tummy hurts him so he hasn't been sleeping as much.
Words of wisdom would be great right about now. Thank goodness for my mom, although all we have is the phone I don't know what I would do without her help.
With that said, 4 weeks old is a difficult time for routines. I was just hanging on by a thread trying to make it through each day at that point. Keep a routine as much as possible, but be flexible as well. And let daddy help when he's around. One of the mistakes I made was thinking I could just do it better and faster. It took my husband a long time to be comfortable with the baby.
men are slow....and lazy!
I am glad I decided to post today. I was hesitant but i know you ladies always help and for that i am thankful.
