Baptism...very personal option

In my faith (Catholic) baptism is done as a baby and it is basically welcoming the child into the church and a remission of sin.

We see baptism as a sacrament and not an ordinance as other Christian faiths do...

here is more of an explanation:

    So, we wait until our children are big enough to understand the ceremony and responsibility.

    However, we practice children's dedication, is a ceremony in which believing parents, and sometimes entire families, make a commitment before the Lord to submit a child to God's will and to raise that child according to God's Word and God's ways.
