I started noticing a pattern to my daughters days right around 4 months so I just tried to follow her cues and a schedule developed naturally from there. We put a bedtime routine in place pretty early and we follow it as closely as we can it really helps her know it's time to wind down and go to bed. Understand that a schedule evolves and changes as your child changes but good consistency can keep you and your child sane.
