Oil pulling

I tried oil pulling for the first time this morning. It wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined it would be. It's not my favorite thing in the world but it wasn't horrible. It is supposed to be great for your teeth so hopefully it does some good :-)

It'll cleanse your body too. If you have fillings or caps those will fall out/come off but it will heal the teeth.

It detoxes your body and heals your teeth. One of the natural ways to heal cavaties. You put about a tablespoon of coconut oil (or there's other oils that are recommended, but I can't remember right now) in your mouth and swish it around as you would mouthwash, they say for 20 minutes, but it takes a lot of practice to do it for that long. After so long, you spit it out. It pulls toxins out which is why fillings and caps get loosened.

I used coconut oil because it seemed the most appealing. It is supposed to whiten, heal, kind of repair your teeth. Mine are so bad so I'm hoping it helps. It actually wasn't bad. I made it to about 15 minutes and leaned my head forward a little so the oil didn't touch the back of my throat. Thankfully the flavor is gone after because you rinse with salt water and then brush like normal when you are done. Some people say you don't have to brush after but that's just nasty! Lol
