excessive crying

Along with the waking up in the middle of the night my little man has also just started crying for no reason, I mean he screams like someone is beating him. I just don't know what it is. I don't know what to do. All this just started this past week. There have been no changes at all in his daily routine. Any suggestions?

But this is crying and screaming during the day. He use to sleep all through the night but now he wakes around 3 or 4am.

How long has this been happening? Make sure you burp him good before you put him on his back at night time. Could be colic which is gas from overfeeding, undiluted juices, food allergies, and emotional stress can aggravate colic. Or sometimes they get startled. Could be a lot of things. Keep a journal if excessive and call the DR. to make sure it's nothing serious. I hope he feels better.

It's crying and screaming during the day, not at night. He has his 4 month check up on the 29th. Will make sure to talk to them.

The baby? It could be a sore tummy from his milk or something you are eating if you are breastfeeding. Hold him so there's extra pressure on his tummy and see if that helps.

My baby does the same too..I figured it out that he is hungry.

            1. Pick him up and comfort him
            2. Feed him...(If formula feeding, don't delay in making his feed..What I do is..I dry up his bottle before going to bed, add 3 scoops of similac(that's the formula I give him) in it and keep it ready on the bedside. As soon as he starts his cry in the middle of the night, I open his bottle quick and add 6 ounce of water, sake well and feed him without a delay..I bought a hot water container, wherein I make the water warm (not hot) and store it in the container that keep the water warm for 8 hours.Try doing this....
            3. Even after doing this you think your baby does not stop crying, then talk to the doctor as the baby may be having some stomach problem...If you know usually the heartburn is bad in the night......
