Fitness thread 05/19/2014
How is everyone doing, mommas? I let myself slack off for the past few days since I was on vacation. There's nothing wrong with having a few cheat days in my book, and I did do a lot of walking so there was some exercise involved!
Do you all have new goals this week? Continuing goals? Share here and let's boost each other up with awesome support!
I'm still working at being active, today has been a success. I think I feel re-energized after having a break for a few days.
Just don't let me crash these threads with my failures and we'll all be better for it! :-P
I'm counting serious housework today as my activity. I worked up a sweat, it counts doggone it. ;)
I took today off for the barre studio.. I went 5 out of 7 days last week - sometimes my limbs need break from the barre.. hehe! BUT Monroe, Stella and I did go on a long walk in the sunshine.. I'm never still for long :)
