Fitness thread 05/19/2014

How is everyone doing, mommas? I let myself slack off for the past few days since I was on vacation. There's nothing wrong with having a few cheat days in my book, and I did do a lot of walking so there was some exercise involved!

Do you all have new goals this week? Continuing goals? Share here and let's boost each other up with awesome support!

I'm still working at being active, today has been a success. I think I feel re-energized after having a break for a few days.

      The last week was even worse than usual! Oy! But I had a tasty and healthy sandwich today, so I'm considering that a new start.

      Just don't let me crash these threads with my failures and we'll all be better for it! :-P

            I used to spend so much time working out with little results. A few weeks ago, I started breathing exercises to flatten my stomach. They really work! I am amazed at the results I see already! I'm not a couch potato, so as long as I stay active, I'm happy.
