I'm trying to lose some weight and my friend recommended T25 workout. Have you tried that? I did my day 1 yesterday, it was hard!!!
it's good, but it's so hard to keep up! I just did week 1 day 2, it was a little easier

it is a different 25 minutes workout every day, and yes it's more like a cardio
about 2-3 minutes of warm up and 2 minutes of stretching at the end
no, but they do provide a nutrition guide as well if you want to modify your diet, simply eat more healthy. The whole thing includes DVDs with resistance band.
