Okay, so i am 18 years old and me and my boyfriend have been planning for a little one for about 7 months now. About 8 months ago though, i had the implanon (birth control) in my arm and im thinking thats the reason im not conceiving. We have sex regularly & usually about the time i would ovulate.. Can anybody give me any tips on what i can do to higher my chances of pregnancy?

Sometimes it can take up to a year to get pregnant or more after removing the implanted birth control..Good luck! And welcome :)
To Mara, I don't have it in anymore or course, I was just wondering if maybe since I got it out not too long ago if that's what's messing up my fertility
I'm not sure if it could effect your fertility like that after removal, or not. I had a friend who was on it for 3 years and she got it removed in May 2012. She's been having intercourse off/on with her DH since (sometimes they use condoms, sometimes not) and hasn't fallen pregnant. I'd see an OB if you don't conceive after a year of having the Implanon removed.
