Babies on a Schedule

We have a schedule and I think it's been good for us. It isn't a hard and fast schedule meaning this is the time we do this and that's it. We came upon our schedule naturally, around 4 months old we started to notice patterns in when she would want to nap, eat, developed a strong bed time routine. From following her cues we developed a regular routine that helps make our days predictable. Now I know she needs a nap in the morning between 9-10 and another in the afternoon, she likes to eat about every 3 hours and in bed by 7:30. You should be flexible and open minded ythough, the routine you develope will change as your child does
