Moms, how to deal with little boys destructive streak

When you figure it out, let me know! ;) No seriously, I think giving them lots of physical play helps ward off any destructive streaks inside the house. Outside is another story. Ours build things, leave things lying around, etc. I've just resolved myself that boys are going to be rough as they are learning to handle different things. They are going to be irresponsible until they learn to be responsible and we may have to spend money to replace items that get broken or lost. Now if only my husband will come to this realization with me! lol!

I wish I had the answer to this! Oh man is mine destructive. Playing outside is a great way to ward off the destructive streaks. But living in Oregon it doesn't always work. I find myself chasing mine through the house on a regular basis just to help him get out some the extra energy.

Ours are in debt to us....that's why they are not getting paid for doing our meat birds this summer!

I'll send the boys outside when they have a lot of energy and tell them to go play in the backyard. I don't like it when they run in the house and the boys are indeed rough, they play rough and when that happens it's time to go outside and run off your energy. Jordan, Jason and Aiden all participate in being rough, Nick is starting to become more rough following Aiden around a lot more and Cody isn't in the stage to be rough yet, I love my boys when they are babies.
