I say NO.

Unless for some very important reason.. that your doctor/ped has instructed you to do this.. I WOULD NOT. You shouldn't remotely be giving a 3 month old anything but breastmilk or formula.. that is it! Even when they are ready to eat foods, around 6 months of age, cereals and fillers aren't looked to as they used to be!
