Would you buy your baby children name brand clothing?

No, no I would not. In my mind, babies and children grow way too fast for name brand clothing. Its so expensive and definitely not worth it in my mind. We always go second hand or clearance sales. Lucas especially grows quickly, he's roughly the size of a one year old. He could very well get a new outfit, wear it one or two times and then he'll be too big for it. So, it's simply not worth it to me.

What do you think? Do you buy name brand?

Definitely wouldn't bother for babies or young children for a couple different reasons. The biggest reason being how fast they grow, especially babies. Secondly they don't care what they wear and they look just as cute in something cheap. When my daughter was a baby and I've been doing the same now for my son who's due in August, I'll buy them some brand new outfits/onesies etc, but I don't go out of my way to buy expensive ones, I get them at target or walmart, even the dollar general or family dollar. Most of the clothes however, especially for when they're babies, were either bought at a thrift store, yard sale or were given as hand me downs from friends/family.

I by clothing from flea markets and accept hand me downs. Along with buying some stuff brand new. But honestly they wreck and grow out of their clothes so fast. It just seems like a waste of money to spend $50 on an outfit that they are going to outgrow or wreck.

TJMaxx has cheap name brand clothing and I may have gotten a few just because they're so darn cute. Also I will use them on the next child I have if it's a girl.

I do not by name brand, unless I see it on sale for a super cheap price or at a thrift store. Children sprout up WAY too quickly, plus they ruin clothes easier and faster.

I do not even buy them for myself. I like to live frugally. :)

My mom bought my son carters and osk kosh bgosh when he was little but i bought alot of his stuff through layaway at kmart then walmart. After layaway went away my mom and dad bought his school stuff to help me out and i would get him what i could. Even thrift store finds were ok to him. Im blessed because my son isnt spoiled like
alot of teen boys are. He doesnt have to have name brand clothes and shoes to be happy. We buy cheaper clothes that look the same as the name brand ones for less.
