Dukan diet - has anyone tried? Need an advice

I'm going to try the famous Dukan diet - there are alot of ads about it, and it seems it can really works... But I wonder HOW).
Have anyone tried this diet? What to you think about it?

Have you ordered the whole programm or just use the general advices of the diet? I have to decide...

    I have tried couple of different diets in a past, but it's way too hard for me to manage certain foods and not eating what I like. And one more problem-I always had diarrhea when I was on the diet( sorry for details). I know that doing just a diet doesn't work very well if you're not exercising at the same time. One more aspect-drink extra water, about 500 ml every 2 hours. Good luck!

      I've never heard of it so I don't have any advice. Good luck though. May I ask why you are dieting? You looked in great shape when we met in Chicago. :) We even kept a pretty good pace walking and I didn't hear you out of breath.

      I need a diet because of my weight now is higher than my normal - I used to be much skinnier, and now I feel myself overweight. I'm not a fan of diets and skinny ladies, actually I like eating and enjoy life)) - I just know how I should feel to be healthy. And how my pants should sit on me)). So I need a diet and sport now).

      I'm same kind of person, Mariya! I'm go from how I feel, not how I look. I'm always feel myself overweight, and my normal weight is 10lb less than now. My problem is I can lost it quickly, and I gain it back very quickly too, so I should constantly control how much I eat, and how much I'm exercising. We will go on a wedding on Sunday, and my goal is to lose 5-7 lb this week, and I already did lose 4, and I know it will be back on me on Monday because I am not going to starve when there is lot of great food around!!!:)

      Oh Elena, how well I understand you)) Totally the same - I always should control my food/exercise balance, and try to loose weight before important events...)) But unfortunatly I cant loose weight quickly - so for me it's a "life battle") I try to make my food healthy and exercise regular, but sometime it's not easy, especially in megapolis.
      So I'm gonna try this diet - it seems to be easy and diversified enough.

      Hope you'll reach your goal for -5-7 lb this week and will have the opportunity to enjoy all food))
