How to Get Your Body Back

I'd say first and foremost what has helped me is just coming to terms with your new body in general. A lot of self acceptance. And not being too hard on yourself, it doesn't just fall off. Next the stage which I am in is trying to make yourself a priority too, im trying to make the time for myself to work out. And when its warm enough out take the baby with you, walks and walks and walks!​

    It took me a long time post baby to be OK with me and when I finally was
    I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. We had to experiment with so many medicines to find one that worked and in the mean time one of the side effects to almost all the medicines was weight gain. I have probley gained 45/50 lbs during the process. So now I'm just trying to tell myself its ok and we'll eventually fix it. Hopefully
