How to Get Your Body Back
I'd say first and foremost what has helped me is just coming to terms with your new body in general. A lot of self acceptance. And not being too hard on yourself, it doesn't just fall off. Next the stage which I am in is trying to make yourself a priority too, im trying to make the time for myself to work out. And when its warm enough out take the baby with you, walks and walks and walks!
I think accepting yourself post baby is (will be) HUGE..
Also.. just carving the time out and not feeling guilty to give yourself 30 minutes or an hour a day to workout.. however you please..
I feel like if you and your husband make it a priority, it can be done :)
I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. We had to experiment with so many medicines to find one that worked and in the mean time one of the side effects to almost all the medicines was weight gain. I have probley gained 45/50 lbs during the process. So now I'm just trying to tell myself its ok and we'll eventually fix it. Hopefully
