7 1/2 months pregnant: am i suppose to feel exhausted?
It is very normal to feel exhausted, you are busy growing a baby! Make sure that you are eating a healthy well-balanced diet, taking prenatal vitamins, getting as much rest as you can and seeing your doctor on a regular basis.
Sometimes you can get iron deficiency during this stage of pregnancy due to your increased blood volume and that can cause exhaustion. This is easily diagnosed and treated by your doctor.
It is much harder to get comfortable and this can prevent you from getting good sleep. Try using plenty of pillows to get comfortable and find a cozy spot to sleep. Sometimes the couch or a reclining chair will be more comfortable than your bed.
Take the exhaustion as a sign to slow down and take it easy. Your body is doing a lot of extra work.
