Does your vagina get bigger or loose during pregnancy

No. Your vagina will not get bigger or looser during pregnancy. If anything you might experience some tightness from swelling and increased blood flow. Your vagina will stretch out to deliver your baby while you are in labor and during delivery. Your vagina should return back to it's normal pre-pregnancy size by 6 weeks postpartum. Many women will also experience tightness and pain during sexual intercourse for the first few months after delivery.
