Birth trauma

My boy was born weighing 4 kg and it was precipitated labor because of this he received a birth trauma and the blood vessel in the periosteum of his head has burst. It calls kefalogematomy. As it is written in the medical reference "mechanism of injury is that the skin is shifted together with the periosteum and the rupture of blood vessels occurs during movement of the baby's head through the birth canal due to compression of the skull". There is no special treatment of this injury you just need to pump the fluid that accumulates and monitored by a neurologist until 6 months.
