Weekend plans?

I'm doing nothing. My husband works nights now so he sleeps during the day. We are down to one car till the truck gets fixed(transmission line whole) so I'll go to the grocery store and pay some bills tomorrow morning then back home again to wake him up. My nephews getting dropped off tonight after school. And everyone I know is working 6/7 days a week cause it's busy season(Christmas). ‚ÄčAnd I just thought about it, that means I'll be taking them all to the store with me ages 3,4 and 5. That should be fun while I'm trying to buy stuff for Thanksgiving dinner lol.

All my friends work 24/7, most of them are artists and they work even on the Christmas eve... so I never can see them on Holydays. But I'm going to go to my family friends tomorrow to see them - hope it'll happend at least tomorrow, I haven't seen them for ages.. All because of work.
And I'm going to visit the professional paty on Sunday - not for pleasure, for business.. Work again).
Hope you'll have nice time this weekend with your kids).

My transmission is slipping in my Blazer, which sucks I really like the car and will have to junk it to buy something different once it goes completely. The car were getting is really nice in fact its A LOT nicer than my Blazer but I just like my Blazer its a gas hog, its old, got a few scraps and bumps, but I think it gives it character. Anyways the cool part is that I'm getting a grand am out of the deal, its silver....Just doesn't have quite as much character as the Blazer lol. So this weekend I get to spend 3 days with 4 teenage girls and a 10 month old, I also get to call Breanika's mom and see if she's ready to let me have her at least for a visit yet.

That's what I'll be doing I haven't even went shopping for Thanksgiving dinner yet. Trying to make a list so I don't make to much food since it'll just be us and my mom and little sister but there's so much good stuff to make and eat on Thanksgiving. How do you narrow it down? Everything's so good :)

Lol I wouldn't even know how to begin making homemade stuffing. Always out of a box for me.

I would say congrats on the new car but doesn't sound like your very excited lol. I know how you feel though I'm the same way about our truck. Good luck with the 4 teenage girls and with the visit. If nothing I'd ask her to meet you at mcdonalds play land or something similar just so you can see her. I get to pick my teenage sister up on Wednesday afternoon and she's going to spend the night and help with the kids and Thanksgiving dinner since my mom has to work half a day on Thanksgiving. But she's a good teenager and it's a little different since she's my sister.

Tonight I am working, but my husband took the two older girls to their piano teacher's recital (She's 20 and she and her sister did a voice/harp recital). Our children's piano lessons were switched to tomorrow morning due to the recital. Then we have turkey processing and customers coming to pick up. It'll be busy.
