Budreau's (or however you spell it, yellow tube) butt cream. Coconut oil. Baby powder. Let him air out... Leave diaper off while you are in the shower, after his bath, just here and there. The baby powder helped a lot with my 3 month old. If you don't mind washing, go get some fleece from the scrap fabric barrel at a store and cut the size of a diaper-it wicks the moisture away.. Grace gets them during the night to help.

Aww that's awful. I have this problem with my kids also. They all have really sensitive skin as well. Normally rash cream will help. My doctor prescribed me a anti fungal cream for them that you put on like diaper cream and them put diaper rash cream on top of it. It works really well. I would ask your pediatrician about it.
