Meal Planning Advice?
Due to my youngest daughters health issues we have a huge list of food that she is not allowed to eat. She is also failure to thrive so we have been instructed to try and get her to eat as much as possible.
When making family meals such as dinner we want to try and make meals that she can eat too, so the whole family will follow her dietary restrictions. For breakfast and lunch the other kids can eat their usual food, that Annika is not allowed to eat.
Any suggestions on how to do meal planning? I have never really done it before. Do you plan for a week ahead? A month? How much in advance do you buy the food? How do you keep track? Do you freeze some meals?
Any tips would be great!
