The dangers of e-cigarettes and children
AAP urges parents to talk to their children about the dangers of e-cigarettes. E-cigarettes are dangerous and can be easily available to children.
Have you talked to you child about the dangers of nicotine?
You know, I never thought about having this discussion. Great idea though! I had looked into the E-cig when I decided to quit but then realized it's just trading one vice for another. I just went cold turkey.
So crazy that this is on here because yesterday while we were in the car my daughter some how got a hold of my fiances ecigarette and its the kid that you put the fluid into a cartridge and it sort of works like a hooka does. She opened it and dumped it on her hands. That stuff is straight up poison!! Luckily my fiance saw her and pulled the car over. He took a gallon of water we had in the back and scrubbed her hands on the side of the road. Thankfully she didn't ingest any of it. It was so scary though. And the crazy thing is that they do not work if you are trying to quit smoking. He is back to smoking regular cigarettes.
Wait, there's no age restriction on these? I think that's a little nuts.
