kitten?

I never had kitten before. I'm thinking about getting one should I wait until I have my baby in August or just get one now? I had a puppy but it seems every time I get a puppy a few months later I give it away. I think with a cat I'll keep it longer.

I've had cats all my life and I recommend waiting until after your baby is here and you are settled. While a cat is not as much work as a dog, they still need a lot from you! With the baby, you may want to consider adopting a cat that has been in a home with young kids, instead of a young kitten. Kittens are so cute, though are little stinkers and get into everything. A cat that is a couple of years old, should behave better and might be a better fit for your family!
