Signs of pregnancy with down syndrome

The only signs of a down syndrome pregnancy will be signs that you doctor can see through ultrasound and other medical tests. There are blood tests done at certain stages of pregnancy that can determine your risks of have a baby with down syndrome. Ultrasounds can alert your doctor to a potential down syndrome diagnosis. Tests like an amnio can confirm a down syndrome diagnosis.

Discuss your concerns with your doctor. Your doctor will let you know what your personal risk is and what medical tests you should have done.
