Fitness thread 6/3/2014
Well hello all you hotties! How did last week go? What are your goals for this week?
I did a workshop type thing with a friend of mine last week and one of the people she knew there started talking to me about being a yoga instructor. I started thinking gosh it's been a long time since I regularly did yoga. Why did I stop? I really love doing that!
So this week I have been doing simple yoga poses to get myself conditioned to do the actual work outs. And if anyone is interested there are a TON of yoga work outs on Youtube! Some that will show you the poses, others that will be an actual work out. Beginners, intermediate and also ones for the Yoga queens!
So while I am yoga-ing what's everyone else going to be up to? Remember the goal is for health so your goal doesn't even need to include exercise. I am going to list a few suggestions that are non exercise related.
-Go to bed at a reasonable hour so you can get 8 hours of sleep.
-Write in a journal about whatever is stressing you out.
-Drink more water.
-Start taking a multivitamin.
-Have a rule of no worrying an hour before bedtime.
-Try a new veggie or fruit every day this week.
-Look at yourself naked. No, really look. Find three things you love about what you see. Do you have a nice chest? Great butt? Beautiful hips? Tell yourself all about it.
