I am currently breastfeeding my baby who is 6 months. We are moving soon and the stress is dwindling down my milk supply. I am very upset that I am going to have to start feeding my baby formula, which is also causing more stress. I have been drinking Mothers Milk Tea and eating oatmeal. Any other suggestions on things to do to increase milk supply?

Also keep pumping and saving as much as you can so you don't have to do formula!
Just keep feeding her your body should still produce.

I'm sorry you're going through this Jessica. I had problems making enough breastmilk so I had to give up and go with formula so I totally understand why this is stressing you out. Katie is a champion at this question, I know she could offer some helpful advice.

Good luck to you, and remember that formula is not the worst thing in the world. What matters is that your baby is being fed. Praying for you hon!
