How dangerous is a slight fever during pregnancy

A slight fever during pregnancy is not dangerous. A high fever or a fever that lasts for a long time can be dangerous though.

If you have a fever during pregnancy make sure you monitor how high it gets. If a fever is get over 100 degrees most doctors recommend taking Tylenol to reduce it. You can also try taking a luke warm bath or putting a cool wash cloth on your head.

If you can not reduce the fever or it lasts for more than 3 days you need to talk to your doctor.

Moms Expertise
I actually got the flu while pregnant which was scary but I went to the hospital and they made sure I wasn't dehydrated and that my fever could be stabilized. I had other small fevers but tylenol took them away pretty fast.
