Breastfeeding diet tips for - Eat sensibly, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Lean meat, choose the less fatty meats. Eat oatmeal. I eat organic 90% of the time and also I drink 1 oz of wheat grass juice too.
Keep healthy snacks around to nibble on and drink lots of water.

    Wheat grass is grown from the wheat berry seeds and you harvest the wheat grass once its at least 5 inches tall cut with razor, then put the wheat grass through a juicer discard pulp and drink the juice, it's sweet for grass lol, taste best when mixed with grape juice.

      I liked to eat a spoonful of straight-up EV coconut oil. It helps increase lactic acid which makes your milk more nutritious for baby.
