What do you use as treatment for baby eczema

My pediatrician recommended Aquaphor. It is non-steroidal and very occlusive and protective, which helps to both protect the skin and maintain moisture. In her opinion, if Aquaphor did not help, we would need to move on to prescription steroidals. The Aquaphor is helping for now.

I am also careful with bathing. I only bathe her every other day, so her skin can retain its natural moisture. I use Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Bath Treatment in her nightly baths, and on the weekends when I use soap, I use Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Creamy Wash. Essentially, I look for things to keep the moisture in my baby's skin.
