What is the best thing about yoga?
I started doing yoga years ago and I go through dry spells of not doing it often. When I do it regularly though I notice I feel much calmer and more energized. There's something about working your muscles, stretching them gently and sort of letting your mind drift that is so comforting.
Any other mommas into yoga? And Alissa if I ever meet you in real life I am making you yoga with me so you can see it's not lies, hahaha.
I actually use that to get myself to sleep sometimes if I am having a hard time winding down.
It may just not be the thing for you, maybe you are more of a Zumba kinda gal?
