12 month old diet
At 12 months kids can eat pretty much everything adults can eat as long as it's prepared in a way that's easy for them to chew. Stay away from round foods like grapes and hotdogs because they're the perfect shape to get lodged in the throat. Raw veggies are a problem too. Most kids at this age don't have the molars needed to chew raw vegetables so they end up swallowing chunks whole. These actually can expand in their throat as they get wet/warm!
Also, give them whole fat dairy as often as possible. They still need lots of fat to support their growing brains :)
