Chances of getting pregnant with one fallopian tube

It is very possible to still get pregnant with only one fallopian tube.

Typically each month the opposite ovary will release an egg and that egg will travel down the fallopian tube to your uterus. If you only have one tube then theoretically you will have an egg reach your uterus every other month. In some cases the egg has been known to travel to the other fallopian tube to get the the uterus.

Having one fallopian tube might make it take longer for you to get pregnant.

I bet the ovulation kits would be helpful to those with one fallopian tube to help them discern when they were ovulating.
