My baby is sitting low in my uterus: does this mean my birthing process will be easier

Probably not. Most babies are sitting very low when labor starts. During labor your baby will be pushed lower and lower down. Your body still has a lot of other work to do such as effacing and dilating.

One thing that will help make your labor process easier is having a well toned pelvic floor. Do kegel exercises multiple times a day to help strengthen your pelvic floor. Become educated on the birth process and on what you can do to help work with your body. Learn and understand how to use natural coping techniques such as breathing and relaxation.
