Tips for feeding a big baby.
My son is a big baby haha. He was born at 8 lbs 10 oz and 22 inches long. As of his last check up he was 23 lbs and 30 inches tall!! He's hug! Doc says to ease up on the feeding and to a point we did, but then we didn't. Lucas is heavy yet, but he's also tall, which makes it even out a bit. Plus when he starts walking and running around his weight will definitely stabilize and/or go down. This is our choice to not listen to the diet advice though. You should always listen to your baby's doctor. The only reason we didn't was because if we fed Lucas according to the doctor, he would still be hungry after his feedings. Again, this is our choice. Go with your gut. :)
So long story short keep on doing what you are doing. You know what is best for your child as well as what works best for your family. If your child is hungry then by all means feed your child. The pediatrician is not the one who has to deal with the cries of your child throughout the day and night because he is hungry.
