Fertility issues

What are good ways to boost fertility naturally without using meds

Been trying for about 6 months now. Just started prenatal vitamins again the first time they didn't seem to help. Thank you Brande
Thanks I'll try it all. It's so frustrating to keep trying with no results. At this point I will try anything!
If you and your husband are both healthy, it should not take more than 4-6 months to conceive. If you have been trying for 6 months with no success, then there is an underlying problem that needs to be addressed. The good news is that many of these problems can be dealt with quite easily, such as the timing of intercourse vis a vis your ovulation, as was mentioned above. I think before you go to the doctor, you should try to figure out what may be going wrong. I always recommend the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It was great. Best of luck to you!! (Oh, and on your next post about the Fertilitea, I have never heard of it, but I am VERY skeptical of these types of products. While I do believe in alternative medicine, I think these products prey on women's fears and nervousness about having children.)
Lisa Tucker normal lube can damage the sperm where they die off before reaching the egg they have stuff called Pre-Seed they sell it at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. We just started using it to see it helps we have not been trying that long but I don't want to take a chance. We are on month 2 of trying. Best of Luck to you.
