A few!

So a few things that worked for us was tuning into Monroe's cues as to when he gets sleepy after eating.. it's typically about an hour and a half to 2 hours after he has a feeding.. that he gets restless and sleepy and needs a nap.. but all babies are different! Monroe actually doesn't nap for a LONG chunk of time.. he cat naps really.. many small naps throughout the day, until bed time and then he zonks out :) We also tuned into what places or positions made him comfy for nap time... finding out that the boy LOVES to spread eagle and sprawl out! haha

Overall.. just listen to your baby and try tuning into their cues :)

Oh.. and don't be afraid of noise while they sleep.. it will make them better sleepers!
